The Old Town Elk Grove Foundation is an independent, community based, non-profit organization which seeks to set an example of community involvement in and support of the protection and enhancement of the preservation of the aesthetic beauty and the historical identification of Old Town Elk Grove while investing in its future success as a vital living and business community.
